The PACE programme
PACE combines theoretical depth with practical application — the best of both worlds.
- Online training with a qualified, experienced English tutor — approximately 10 hours delivered over 10 weeks, preparing participants for the workshops and focusing on specific pain points such as accent reduction, grammar and syntax refinement, and monitoring progress throughout.
- Three practical, in-person half-day workshops for small groups with a qualified, experienced communication coach, where participants put their learning into practice in realistic workplace situations.
Participants practise realistic workplace situations, including:
- Speaking up in senior meetings
- Presenting recommendations
- Leading team updates
- Responding to difficult questions
- Disagreeing professionally
- Communicating confidently under pressure
Additional online English-language training and individual coaching can be provided where required.
